Package never delivered but marked delivered
I ordered a high-value electronics package worth $450 from Amazon on March 10th. The tracking showed "Delivered" but I never received the package. I was home all day and have a Ring doorbell camera - no delivery driver ever came. I've contacted Amazon support 4 times: - First call: They said to wait 48 hours - Second call: They opened an investigation - Third call: Investigation closed with no resolution - Fourth call: They said the driver confirmed delivery I have video evidence showing no delivery was made. Amazon refuses to refund or resend the item. This is unacceptable for a Prime member of 8 years.
Account suspended without explanation
My Amazon account was suspended without any warning or explanation after 10 years of being a loyal customer with over $50,000 in purchases. I've tried to contact customer service multiple times but keep getting automated responses. No one can tell me why my account was suspended or what I can do to appeal. I have gift card balances, pending orders, and a Prime membership that I've already paid for. This is completely unacceptable treatment of a long-term customer.
Refund not processed after 30 days
I returned a defective laptop to Amazon over 30 days ago. The return was confirmed received at their warehouse but I still haven't received my refund of $1,299. Every time I call, they say it's being processed and to wait 3-5 more business days. I've been told this 6 times now. My credit card statement shows no refund.
Online order cancelled after payment
I placed an order on Walmart.com for a TV that was on sale for $299. My payment was processed and I received a confirmation email. Two days later, they cancelled my order claiming it was "out of stock" - but the same TV is still showing available on their website at a higher price of $449. This seems like bait-and-switch tactics. They took my money, cancelled when they realized their pricing error, and now want me to pay more.
